A Wave of Blue Is Coming

The Fall Leadership Convention in Columbus, Ohio this past weekend was absolutely incredible. For the first time in Team Altitude history a double power player had the privilege of crossing the stage and announcing to the thousands and thousands of people our name. And better than that, it wasn’t just one double, we had three doubles. Thanks to Larry Vanbuskirk for your commitment to this team and for inspiring us to be and do better than we have in the past. I believe we made an impact this weekend that will have a lasting ripple effect.

Yet, it was the overwhelming presence of Kaizen yellow, their commitment to the goal of 300 power players, and their unity across the board from team to team that made the greatest impact on me. Claude Hamilton set the bar extremely high for those who decide to step up and raise the bar even higher. Larry Vanbuskirk’s Team Altitude is committed to putting Colorado on the map by making an impact in the lives of people house to house. As Dan Hawkins commented on Orrin Woodward’s blog Life Business Major Function, this major was a game changer. And it was a game changer for Team Altitude as well. As Tony Matteo said, “There’s a wave of blue coming!”
